Spyro and Cynder are in the Valley of Avalar when an army of Wyverns, who have been tracking them down for many years, attacked the valley and brpught everything alive by using the energy of a fabled Bios Crystal that will give life to anything around it. The game is set almost one year after Spyro and Cynder have defeated Malefor where, as the Chronciler predicted, a new age as begun. There are also new richer 3D enviroments and new enemies created using Spore.
This game also includes new elemental attacks and more interaction with the other characters. The game does not have the ability to switch between Spyro and Cynder during the game but there will be a seperately released version of the game where you play as Cynder instead of Spyro. The movement controls are the arrows, W,A,S,D buttons or the click of the mouse. The gameplay has changed since The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon, mostly due to the fact that it is being made using Spore: Galactic Adventures.
